Verified Growth Solutions offers expert editing, cover art, and publishing guidance. Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to engage our services for manuscript transformation and professional formatting.
2. Client Responsibility
You attest that all work submitted is your original creation. Clients are held accountable for the factual accuracy of their text and for obtaining legal permission for any curated excerpts used within their final publication.
3. Billing & Refunds
Engagement begins upon deposit receipt. Fees are service-specific and billed upfront. Due to the tailor-made nature of book production, all payments are final and non-refundable once the production phase has officially started.
4. Revisions
We include a set number of revision rounds per contract. Requests falling outside the original project scope or those made after final sign-off will be subject to additional fees at our current standard hourly rates.
5. Legal Assets & Copyright
Clients retain full copyright to their manuscripts. Upon final payment, you own all rights to the formatted files. Verified Growth Solutions may showcase the cover art in digital portfolios strictly for our promotional purposes.
6. Private Privacy
We maintain strict secrecy regarding your draft materials. Your intellectual property and personal data are never shared with outside parties without your prior written authorization, ensuring total creative security.
7. Timelines
We provide target delivery dates for each milestone. Please note that these dates are estimates; delays in client feedback or significant structural changes to the manuscript may push back the final delivery schedule.
8. Plagiarism
We strictly prohibit the submission of plagiarized content. Verified Growth Solutions does not verify original authorship; the client assumes all legal liability regarding copyright infringement or intellectual theft.
9. No Results Guarantees
While we ensure professional quality, Verified Growth Solutions cannot guarantee specific sales figures, bestseller status, or commercial success. Our liability is capped at the total amount paid for services.
